Maintenance
At Progressive Molding, preventative maintenance is our life.  It starts with our inspection team consisting of our Tool Room Manager, QA Manager and our Process Engineer.  After inspection, documentation is created for every tool listing maintenance, efficiency and process requirements.  Every tool is cleaned, lubricated and inspected prior to storage or production to maximize production yields, saving us time and saving you money.
