Services
Progressive Molding is a custom plastic injection molder offering capacities from 15-ton, 1-ounce to 242-ton, 17.3-ounce shot capabilities.  We offer full engineering services including product design consultation, mold design and material recommendations.  We also offer in-house and offshore precision injection mold making.

Our processing team consistently runs engineering grade and commodity resins with experience in insert molding, over-molding and hot-runners.  As a value-added molder, we include ultrasonic welding, pad printing, silk screening and assembly. 

For our fulfillment clients, we own and operate a Maquiladora in Ensenada, Baja California, for your labor-intensive components. We also offer custom packaging and world wide shipping support.
